About Launch My Business
You talk to the CA who does your work
Launch My Business is a chartered accountancy practice working with founders, freelancers, and small businesses across India. We keep the firm small on purpose.
We help with
- Setting up
- GST

Why small is the point
What a boutique practice actually gets you
A larger firm sells you access to a brand. What you get on the day is a relationship manager, a queue, and a junior whose name you learn from an email signature. That is not a criticism of scale — it is what scale costs, and for some engagements it is worth paying.
For a founder registering a company or a business filing its first GST returns, it usually is not. Those matters are small enough to be done well by one qualified person and consequential enough that you want to be able to ask them a question.
- One CA, start to finish
- Your enquiry doesn't get handed to a call centre and then to a junior you never meet. The chartered accountant who scopes your work is the one who does it, and you can reach them.
- Fees quoted before we start
- You get the professional fee in writing before any work begins. Government and statutory fees are charged separately at actuals — those are set by the authority, not by us.
- We say when you don't need us
- If a registration isn't required for your turnover or your line of work, we'll tell you that. If something falls outside what we're qualified to do, we'll say so and point you to someone who is.
Credentials
Checkable, not claimed
A practising firm may not publish ratings or testimonials — the ICAI Code of Ethics prohibits it. What it can publish is where it is, when it is open, and who it answers to.

Scope
What we do, and what we don't
Knowing where a practice stops is as useful as knowing where it starts, so here is both.
We help with
- Setting up
- Assistance with private limited, LLP, OPC, partnership, and proprietorship registration — including name approval and the incorporation filings.
- GST
- GST registration, monthly and annual return filing, and reconciliation against your books.
- Income tax
- Return filing for individuals and businesses, TDS compliance, and support when a notice arrives.
- Books & ROC
- Bookkeeping, management reporting, payroll support, and the annual MCA/ROC filings a company or LLP owes.
- Advisory
- Guidance on business structure, tax planning, and CFO-level support as the business grows.
We don't
- Legal opinions
- We are a chartered accountancy practice, not a law firm. We don't give legal opinions or represent you in court.
- Government timelines
- Processing time is set by the MCA, GSTN, or the department concerned. We tell you what's typical and follow up on what we can, but we don't control it.
- Bundled fees
- We don't fold statutory fees into ours. Government fees are charged separately at actuals so you can see exactly what went where.
- Filing by AI
- The AI advisor gives general guidance and files nothing. A chartered accountant reviews anything that carries a consequence.
- Work outside our scope
- If it needs a specialist we don't have, we'll say so up front and refer you on rather than learn on your matter.
