Who it suits

Individuals, professionals, and business owners who want to plan taxes proactively, not just file.

If that does not describe you, say so before you commit — there is usually a lighter filing that does the job, and we would rather point you at it.

Cost

What it costs

Our professional fee

from ₹4,999/yr

+ government fees at actuals

What we charge for the work itself — preparing your paperwork, filing it, and following it through to the authority's response. Confirmed in writing before anything starts.

Government & statutory fees

At actuals

Charged separately from our fee and paid to the relevant authority. They vary by state, by authorised capital, and by the slab you fall into, so we confirm the exact figures once we know your specifics.

Professional fees only. This is advisory work — any tax, statutory filing fee, or investment made on the strength of the plan is paid by you at actuals.

We do not quote the two together as one number. They are charged by different parties and only one of them is ours. Fees shown on this site are indicative pending confirmation, and you will have both figures in writing before you decide.

Process

How it runs

  1. Scope and quote

We confirm what you actually need, what our professional fee covers, and which government fees will apply in your case — in writing, before any work begins.

  2. Documents

We send a checklist, then review everything you send back before it goes anywhere. Most delays start with a document, not with the authority.

  3. Preparation and filing

We prepare and file the Tax Planning Advisory paperwork, then track the application and respond to any queries raised on it.

5–10 working days for the initial plan, with year-round touchpoints.

  4. Handover

You receive every acknowledgement and certificate the authority issues, along with a plain-English note on what falls due next and when.

Processing time is set by the relevant authority, not by us. We can file promptly and follow up, but the approval itself sits with the department handling it.

Questions

Asked before you asked

  • How is tax planning different from tax filing?

Filing reports what already happened; planning is proactive — structuring income, investments, and timing through the year to legally reduce tax before the year ends.

  • Is tax planning legal?

Yes. Tax planning uses the deductions, exemptions, and structures the law provides. It is distinct from tax evasion, which is illegal. We only recommend compliant strategies.

  • When should I start planning?

Ideally at the start of the financial year so investments and decisions can be timed well, but meaningful savings are often possible even mid-year.

AI advisor

Ask before you commit to anything.

Ask about the fee, the documents, or whether Tax Planning Advisory is the right filing for your situation — in plain English, and you get the answer before you get a recommendation.

The advisor gives general guidance, not binding legal or tax advice, and it does not file anything on your behalf. A chartered accountant reviews anything that matters.
