  • Quarterly return preparation and filing (24Q, 26Q, 27Q as applicable)
  • PAN validation and correction of deductee details

Who it suits

Employers and businesses that deduct tax at source on salaries, rent, contracts, or professional fees.

If that does not describe you, say so before you commit — there is usually a lighter filing that does the job, and we would rather point you at it.

Cost

What it costs

Our professional fee

from ₹2,499/qtr

+ government fees at actuals

What we charge for the work itself — preparing your paperwork, filing it, and following it through to the authority's response. Confirmed in writing before anything starts.

Government & statutory fees

At actuals

Charged separately from our fee and paid to the relevant authority. They vary by state, by authorised capital, and by the slab you fall into, so we confirm the exact figures once we know your specifics.

Professional fees only. The TDS you deduct, plus any interest or late-filing fee under the Income-tax Act, is deposited with the department at actuals.

We do not quote the two together as one number. They are charged by different parties and only one of them is ours. Fees shown on this site are indicative pending confirmation, and you will have both figures in writing before you decide.

Process

How it runs

  1. Scope and quote

We confirm what you actually need, what our professional fee covers, and which government fees will apply in your case — in writing, before any work begins.

  2. Documents

We send a checklist, then review everything you send back before it goes anywhere. Most delays start with a document, not with the authority.

  3. Preparation and filing

We prepare and file the TDS Return Filing paperwork, then track the application and respond to any queries raised on it.

Filed within each quarter's due date, provided payment details reach us about a week ahead.

  4. Handover

You receive every acknowledgement and certificate the authority issues, along with a plain-English note on what falls due next and when.

Processing time is set by the relevant authority, not by us. We can file promptly and follow up, but the approval itself sits with the department handling it.

Questions

Asked before you asked

  • What happens if the TDS return is filed late?

A late-filing fee accrues for each day of delay, capped at the TDS amount, and your deductees' tax credit is held up. We track the quarterly dates so it does not come to that.

  • Do I need a TAN?

Yes. Anyone deducting TDS needs a TAN, which is separate from PAN. If you do not have one, we prepare and file the application.

  • Who issues Form 16 to my employees?

You do, as the deductor. We generate it from the filed quarterly returns so the figures match what the department already holds.

AI advisor

Ask before you commit to anything.

Ask about the fee, the documents, or whether TDS Return Filing is the right filing for your situation — in plain English, and you get the answer before you get a recommendation.

The advisor gives general guidance, not binding legal or tax advice, and it does not file anything on your behalf. A chartered accountant reviews anything that matters.
